| THE FUTURE OF FILM MAKING IN INDIA
The Land of Culture, Tradition, Religions, Art, Literature or collectively called INDIA. The films had been a very ancient medium of communication in India. The era begins in 1913 from RAJA HARISHCHANDRA to forever. The Indian audiences are very sensitive and adaptive by nature. The level of Indian films is now nowhere less than international films, as Indian film industry have very skilled and polished cast and crew.
The quality and status of Indian films are totally based on the highly knowledgeable professionals, who are working in different fields like Direction, Cinematography, Editing, 3D Animation and Graphics, Multimedia etc. There are many Institutes in India like Films and Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune, Asian Academy of Films and Television (AAFT), Noida, and ADMEC etc. who are preparing professional to work in the industry by offering them a number of courses.
Almost in all the Reputed Universities of the country the courses like Bachelors of Journalism and Mass Communication, 3D Animation and Graphics etc are added and the students also are taking a very keen interest in these kinds of courses.
Talking about the opportunities, the film making in India offers you a great and big platform to work on sand show up your skills and talent. Many production houses and Ad- Agency are opening day by day and there is no shortage of work. Films are of different formats whether you talk about Tele Film, Documentary, Ad Film, Short Film or Feature Film etc you have a wide variety of job and work.
Now days almost every big actor have his own production house like Shahrukh’s Red Chilies Entertainment or Aamir khan’s Aamir Khan Production. This shows that this industry is really moving forward on a high speed. Even if we talk about small screen i.e. Television then the scope is also very high as they give big platform to freshers also. Recently many students of ADMEC have been selected in different production houses for different work.
The animated and graphic movies like HANUMAAN, GHATOTKACH etc are very famous as they are liked very much by children as well as their families. So it will be completely wrong to say that animation and multimedia doesn’t have a rising future. Institutes like ADMEC, FTII, and AAFT etc are really helping the industry by giving them some new creative minds and hands.
So, lastly it bring out the verdict that the future of filmmaking has a great scope in India as the opportunities are endless and to prepare the tomorrow’s aspiring film makers we have some names like ADMEC, FTII, AAFT.
